- All deliveries are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, package size/weight, and delivery type.
- Prices provided are estimates and may be adjusted after review.
- Payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed (e.g., Pay-on-Delivery).
- We accept bank transfers, cash, and select digital payment methods.
4. Package Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for packaging items properly before pickup.
- We are not liable for damage due to poor packaging or prohibited items.
- Declared item value (if provided) may be used for claims handling and insurance decisions.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. If prohibited items are discovered, the booking may be canceled and reported where required.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on dispatch status and incurred costs. Refunds (if applicable) are processed through the original payment method where possible.
